Every care has been taken to ensure your customised product is of the highest quality. To keep it looking its best, please avoid wearing for up to 8 hours after customisation, use a cold wash only and avoid tumble drying.

Why no returns or exchanges?

Due to the special custom nature of each design, returns and exchanges aren't available on customised products. We encourage you to review your customised design thoroughly before proceeding to the checkout.

What can I customise?

We offer a range of selected women’s and men’s styles, including hoodies, tees, pants and sweatshirts, in our customisation service. Each style can be customised by selecting one or more patches and adding them to various locations on that garment.

Can I add multiple patches?

Yes, for some styles up to three patches can be selected and added to the garment. Some of the locations where you can add a patch include: chest, sleeve, and back.

What types of patches do you offer?
How are the patches attached to the product?

The method of customisation used is a heat transfer process which seals the patch directly onto the garment using a special type of glue.

How do I take care of my customised product?

Every care has been taken to ensure your customised product is of the highest quality. To prolong the life of the garment, we recommend washing it in cold water only and avoiding tumble drying.

I haven't recived my customised product yet, what can I do?

Because of the custom nature of the process, your product will take a little longer to be delivered than usual. Depending on where you live within Australia, please allow up to 14 business days for it to arrive. If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, and you haven't received a notification from us of a delay, please contact us on 1800 960 676 (between 8:00am - 5:30pm AEST Monday - Friday).

I accidentially chose the wrong patch/placed it in the wrong position. What can I do?

Unfortunately, due to the special custom nature of each design we are unable to offer a return or exchange for any mistakes made or change of mind. Customers are prompted to review their designs thoroughly before proceeding to the checkout.

My customised product is faulty/blank/has wrong patch. What can I do?

Please contact us on 1800 806 906 (between 8:00AM - 5:30PM AEST Monday – Friday) to discuss.

My product doesn't look the same as it did when I previewed it online.

The preview screen can only provide an example of what your customised product will look like in real life.

Can I buy customised products in store?

Yes, our customisation service is offered at our stores. To find you nearest store, check our Store Finder page here.

Can I have my customised products shipped overseas?

Our customised products are only available for online orders delivered within Australia.

Can I use a Champion gift card to purchase a customised product?

Yes, you can. However, please note our customised items are excluded from all discounting and sales.
